Cancelations
Cancelation requests are accepted within 30 minutes of purchase.
Once your order is processed, we are unable to cancel it.
Prepaid Return Labels
We cover return shipping costs only for damaged or incorrect items.

All other return requests must follow our Return & Refund Policy.

Undeliverable or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Packages returned to us for this reason are not eligible for refunds.

If your package is lost in transit and Shipping Protection was not selected, we can offer to reship your order for a flat $10 fee.
