Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Saturday).
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification once it’s on its way.
Please note that order processing may take slightly longer during high-demand periods or when:

Shipping Destinations
At this time, Rondale ships exclusively within the United States.
We currently ship only within the United States. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days.
We do not currently offer international shipping or delivery to U.S. territories, PO boxes, or military addresses (APO, FPO, or DPO).
Shipping Timeframes
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Please keep in mind that delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed, not from the time of purchase.

Shipping Costs
We’re proud to offer simple, transparent shipping rates for all domestic orders:

Flat Rate Shipping: All orders ship for $4.99.

Free Shipping: Orders over $99 (before taxes and discounts) qualify for free standard shipping.
Shipping fees are displayed clearly at checkout — no hidden costs, ever.
Optional Shipping Protection can also be added during checkout to safeguard your order against loss, theft, or transit damage.
Please note that shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Order Cancelations
Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of purchase.
Once processing begins, we’re unable to cancel or modify an order as it enters our fulfillment workflow.
If you need help, contact us immediately at support@myrondale.com, and our team will assist wherever possible.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order.
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete details, it will be returned to us and will not qualify for a refund.
If your order is lost in transit and you did not select Shipping Protection, we can offer to reship your order for a flat $10 fee.
Prepaid Return Labels
Prepaid return labels are available only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To qualify, please contact us first for authorization at support@myrondale.com.
