Rondale Return & Refund Policy
At Rondale, we stand firmly behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product we offer. Your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do, and we want you to shop with complete confidence. If something isn’t quite right, our return process is designed to be simple, fair, and stress-free.
14-Day Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.
Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, items must meet the following conditions:

The product must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

All original tags must be attached

Items must be packaged in the original product packaging

A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must accompany the return
Please note that final sale items, worn, or altered products cannot be returned for refund or replacement.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email our support team at support@myrondale.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive:

A return address specific to your region

A Return Merchandise Form with detailed instructions
Returns sent without prior authorization or without the completed form may not be processed.
Return Shipping & Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for general returns.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Rondale will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label. I.e, Customers pay return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your peace of mind, as Rondale cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
Rondale currently does not process direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive the correct item is to return your product and place a new order.
In select cases, such as size adjustments, we may offer a one-time free size exchange. Please contact us at support@myrondale.com to check eligibility.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of purchase for a full refund.
After that, cancellation depends on the processing stage of your order.
If your order has already shipped, you may still return it once received following the return process outlined above. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
Order modifications (address or size changes) can be requested within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not yet shipped. For urgent updates, contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@myrondale.com with:

A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we’ll promptly arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email of the refund status.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the funds.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you haven’t received it, contact us at support@myrondale.com and we’ll look into it immediately.
Shipping Protection
All Rondale orders are protected during transit for loss or damage.
Protection ends once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier.
Please note that loss or theft after delivery is not covered.

Non-Refundable Charges
The following are non-refundable:

One-Time Replacement Policy
When Rondale issues a one-time replacement:

Only one replacement per order is permitted
