14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following requirements:

Unworn, unused, and in original condition

All original tags attached

Packaged in the original product packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@myrondale.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide:

A return address based on your location

A Return Merchandise Form with instructions
Returns sent without prior authorization or without the completed form will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Since we ship all orders with trackable delivery, we strongly recommend that returns are sent using a trackable shipping service as well to ensure safe and verifiable delivery.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our end.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the right item is to return your product and place a new order. On selected products, we may offer free size exchanges if sizing is the issue, contact us and we’ll let you know what’s possible. Changes in color, style, or product type require a return and a separate new order.
Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of purchase. After that, cancellation depends on whether your order has been processed.

If the order has shipped, you may still return it once received (following the policy above), but shipping fees are non-refundable.
Modifications (address, size, etc.) can be requested within 24 hours as long as the order hasn't shipped.
For urgent changes, contact us immediately if possible, we’ll update your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at support@myrondale.com as soon as possible.
Please include clear photos and a description of the issue. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on:

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Items without original packaging or missing tags

Underwear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons, if applicable)

Final sale or clearance items (if marked as such)

Non-Refundable Charges

Orders returned due to customer-provided address errors
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Any tips added at checkout are voluntary and final.
They cannot be modified, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.
One-Time Replacement Policy
If we issue a one-time replacement, please note:

Only one replacement is provided per order

No additional replacements or refunds will be issued for the same issue
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

You'll be notified by email about the status of your refund

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
Note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@myrondale.com.
Shipping Protection

Your order is protected during transit for loss or damage

Protection ends once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier
